The Lineage OS file I've been using is 14.1-20170320-UNOFFICIAL-v1a3g from 2017-03-24.

I flashed the bootloader file again and Odin said PASS. I followed with another clean install but got the same result.

Is there a way to tell if the bootloader actually installed - keeping in mind that I can't download any apps from the playstore even if I flashed the original firmware again?

btw, thanks for all the help! We're not there yet but I appreciate it
The ROM you are using is almost 5 months old....
You need to go to the link in Post #1 (Weekly Builds) and get the newest ROM...at the bottom of the page...dated August 12, 2017

I tried again with the newest ROM and got the same result.
However, I am getting an error message in the middle of flashing the ROM:
...
Target: samsung/lineage_v1a3g/v1a3g:7.1.2/NJH47F/62a2474c00:userdebug/test-keys
detected filesystem ext4 for /dev/block/platform/dw_mmc.0/by-name/SYSTEM
Patching system image unconditionally...
E:unknown command [log]
E:unknown command [log]

detected filesystem ext4 for /dev/block/platform/dw_mmc.0/by-name/SYSTEM
script succeeded: result was [1.000000]
...
And then it moves on to gapps.

know what this is?

Ignore the error...it does not cause any problem.
Are you sure you did a data wipe in TWRP?

Try rebooting the tablet
I did a few time reboot my tablet, but the issue with sim card is not the first time.
Besides, it is a stable rom and it stops my battery from draining when using stock rom and need to keep charging my tablet with stock rom, the screen will blink otherwise.
Great work and im blessed that i can use my tablet again, just wih no 3g connection.
Should i wipe all the interal data too? I only use default wipe.

Please understand that LineageOS is a WIP (Work-in-Progress) with changes made daily. If other users have the same issue with the battery, the developers will take a look and see if there is a problem and fix it. There is no ETA on fixes so please do not ask when bugs will be fixed.
Hello sir! Could you please help me with the newest update by removing the verification part? This happened just like last time.

If your tablet really is a P901, then you need to flash the correct bootloader. See post #32 for the P901 bootloader.
Use ODIN to flash the bootloader.
After you flash the bootloader, you should be able to flash the P901 ROMs with modification.
