um no dude, as i stated in one of my previous posts it is a required must that you are running the latest nougat build and even @surdu_petru has explained this himself several times
how do I flash the vendor image? the Install browser doesn't display it, and I cannot see another option for it.
you do not install it that way, you have to manually enter in the command shown next to that step in the instructions into the terminal to install the vendor image

I m pretty sure that there is an update in developement, but it will take some time, look a few post before yours and you ll see that the dev. already said that he is working on an update.
Just have a little bit patiente and everything will be fine sooner or later.
The Dev have enough any other things and Problems as Building Builds every days

Does it support "Fast Charging" ? And if someone can tell me what the current bugs are on the ROM it would be great
Guess you can see whats working or not working in the very first post from the developer. Unfortunately i don't know if fast charging works, you may test it or wait until someone can tell us if it does.
I think you also have to fear of some small issues.

For me it is not very important, but in my opinion it is a "nice to have" feature.
Isnt fast charge a hardware think that the P9 doesnt have?

incorrect, the p9 does indeed support fast charge but some version don't include the actual fast charge wall plug (adapter).
also if you read a few posts back you will see that surdu (the developer), has already stated that he is working on an update but like everyone else he also has a life outside of developing so it will take time but an update is going to come. just be patient
People please dont ask every Day " when comes a new Update"" It gets all Devs and me on my sensitive Nervs. Wait and wait and waiting . The Developer are just Human how other Peoples and not an Rom Builder Mashines
