They seem to have disappeared for me. But as they were random, it hard to say anything definite after only a few days...Does these CM14.1 builds exhibit the same wi-fi dropout problem as CM13?

So it's down to ROM implementation that allows the request for a restore from Google? When I first setup my oneplus 3 with the same account as my old nexus 5, I was given a list of previous apps and a tick box to install all or a selection of those previous apps. I presumed CM14.1 would have done the same, but I guess not.You did not miss any steps. . The ability to automatically restore software after a factory reset might be solved by creating backups with the new ROM. Although, the issue will most likely work itself out in future ROM updates.
I was having issues before on CM13 and have various BT hubs acting as access points that may have been partly to blame. On CM14.1 with 'F' bootloader, everything seems really fast and solid. Again for me it's only been a few days but good so far!Does these CM14.1 builds exhibit the same wi-fi dropout problem as CM13?
I have had this issue with cm13 also. When I first installed cm13, the initial set-up did not prompt me to restore applications. But, after a few factory resets, the same exact gapps package then prompted me if I wanted to restore my apps. Actually, I'm not really sure why it did not prompt on the first installation to restore, but I'm assuming it is on Google's side.So it's down to ROM implementation that allows the request for a restore from Google? It's not a problem, just curious as to why it didn't give me the same option as my phone. Thanks.

Is this rom ready for a daily driver?
Can someone upload a video of this rom on YouTube?

I have just ported the swipe keyboard support library to the nougat base gapps package (gapps-711-base-20161114-1) and it will be available in about an hour. Just flash the latest nougat base gapps package and swipe on the stock Nougat keyboard should be working again.I cannot swipe on keyboard to make a word.
Thanks, it's working now, one less bug.I have just ported the swype keyboard support library to the nougat base gapps package (gapps-711-base-20161114-1) and it will be available in about an hour. Just flash the latest nougat base gapps package and Swype should be fixed.
