The same problem that I have.It was there, I am coming from CM13... rebooted manually, seems working, thank you.
The same problem was on my device.Heads up:
20161123 nightly downloaded through update check. Selected reboot & install and it boots into twrp but script isn't run to do the install. Have to flash manually from cmupdater folder.
SoundRecorder should now be fixed in next official build.Green overlay fixed.
Sound recorder still force close.
settings -> display -> rotation settings -> rotate lock screen- the lockscreen is always in portrait mode, even if screen orientation is set to landscape.
https://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/172995 is this the one you mentioned? It will arrive in tomorrow's nightly! :victory:There is a fix for that on gerrit but I don't think it has been merged yet..
Thanks, but that doesn't seem to do what i mean. I usually use my v500 in landscape mode only, and the auto-rotation is disabled. When i lock the screen, the lockscreen (and pattern lock) is displayed in portrait mode, regardless of what i do on the settings page you mentioned. Rotate lock screen is enabled but greyed out since auto-rotate is disabled, as i prefer it to be.settings -> display -> rotation settings -> rotate lock screen
I tried it, and my device got stuck in the booting sequence, even if i rebooted it manually many times over. I had to do a full wipe, and then re-flash 14.1 for it to work. It might have been only my device, but i wouldn't try that again. Better do it clean.Sorry if already mentioned, if i update TWRP can I dirty flash CM 14.1 over official CM 12.1 ?
I have installed today's official Build and stay with force close on SoundRecord, and now after boot or reboot i have an popup saying "Error report of CM have an system fail".SoundRecorder should now be fixed in next official build.
I submitted a fix yesterday on gerrit, but it looks like it has not been merged yet.I have installed today's official Build and stay with force close on SoundRecord, and now after boot or reboot i have an popup saying "Error report of CM have an system fail".
It might just be optimizing.. depends on how many apps you have installed. How long is very long? It should not be more than 5 mins.Nice to see that todays build was installed automatically in twrp, but booting was very long again, so had to restart.
This may be a reason why I thought it hung up.I just flashed yesterday's nightly, and i noticed 14.1 doesn't display the 'optimizing app' dialog at all? Only the blue bug shows up, and eventually it finished booting. Made me think it had hung up, again.
Probably because you had already reset it in the middle of optimization a few times before. You might need to factory reset now.Edit2: today I experienced a lot of unexpected reboots...
