Seems like your system image was built not properly. Best way to make system images for stock-based ROMs is making system on device and getting system.img with dd. But you don't have Nexus 5X :/

When i am building it with assayyed kitchen it was showing me

file_contexts not found, your rom contains bug or it will not boot properly

So, i think this is why it is not booting !
When i am working on its developer preview 3, i have noticed that "build.prop" file was not there and the information was not showing in the kitchen
but in DP4 everything is there except "file_contexts"
