Not working s9500-u

Prince Comsy Odin returns the message 0 succeeded / 1 failed the first attempt and then 0 succeeded / 0 failed on all subsequent attempts (immediately fails).
Odin (not Comsy) works for about 5 minutes and then says FAIL (not pass) on each attempt.

I think my phone is the Hong Kong version on bootloader version 3.

Instructions -
1. Extract zip.
2. Open Odin 3.13.1 and place AP, BL, CP, and HOME_CSC/CSC.
3. Start and wait for the device to reboot.
4. Done!

Will need a bit more information?

do you have samsung drivers installed?
are you using a data cable?
assuming your using windows can you see the phone using file explorer?
