DUOS:WW:12.0.A.18.01.01-ROW:AS



  • Android OS version: 8.0.0_sdk26
  • Google Apps: opengapps: 8.0, arm64, nano/pico (any patch doesn't needed)
  • Root/SuperUser: UNRooted
  • For devices: "hydrogen" , (unofficially "helium" supported)


Attention:
I suggest you to use my ROM,
though I only fix those bugs which doesn't require hard work.
If you don't like something, please, use stock ROM and don't write in this thread. Please.


Jumping straight to the point of this post, this is our road map to Android O.


VoLTE Fixed , at least for hydrogen

ROM is made in a way, so, u will only be able to flash using OFFICIAL TWRP RECOVERY, NOT with nijel8's recovery!!!



Download the ROM
Copy the ROM in SD card.
  • Flash latest Official TWRP recovery
  • Go to your recovery
  • Wipe Data (Clean flash)
  • Format /system
  • Format /cache
  • Flash miui global 8.5.x firmware
  • Reboot to recovery again (sometimes, after formatting /system, u can't flash ROM, without rebooting into recovery)
  • Install ROM zip.
  • (U can use opengapps' nano/pico)
  • Reboot - 1st boot takes around 10 minutes.
Use your phone wisely.

I've followed your instruction on my Helium.

I was on MIUI China 7.12.28 Dev
I went to TWRP recovery
I made Wipe Data
Installed your ROM.zip
Reboot.
I've seen orange MI logo
After 1 minute phone rebooted to Fastboot mode.

What is my fault? May Android 7 based MIUI ROM?

After I've tried other way.

I've installed Your Lineage ROM.
It booted successfully.
I went to TWRP recovery
I made Wipe Data
Installed your Du-OS ROM.zip
Reboot.
I've seen orange MI logo
Lineage booted, but it got bootloop.

So, first forget about my LineageOS pre alpha/NitrogenOS, OKAY?

# flash official latest twrp recovery
# flash miui global 8.5.x firmware at least.
# wipe /data, /cache, /system.
# flash my "du-os" ROM. (GAPPS ARE NOT INCLUDED)
# u can flash pico/nano gapps from opengapps for arm64, 8.0
# reboot to system

##### I personally used this ROM , OK? Just sharing it, so, its working surely on HYDROGEN.
##### I don't know about helium, probably it will work!!

I use opengapps but not working..it said my android still 7.1.2 sdk25..after I flashed the rom then I flashed gapps

Is ur phone working without gapps??
I used both nano gapps from opengapps, without any patches.
I also used 2/3 mods with this ROM. Still worked.

If, after flashing ur ROM is not booting= problem is in ur recovery.
Use official twrp latest recovery.

## I tested on hydrogen only.

I decided to restore my backup..so I didn't test my without gapps..but the rom flashed successfuly..I'm using latest recovery from nijel.


Maybe I'll try again later
