Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on Ground Zero Open Source Project (GZOSP) and brings custom features with the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of "Making you feel like 家".

Using the stability and compatibility of GZOSP, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpaper (Dawn by fxckingdeathwish), ringtones, and fonts, to bring to your device into a more fresh look, also with a selection of apps, header packs and wallpapers (on ShishuWalls app).

Also, we got our Google+ Community and our Telegram Group to talk about the ROM and share some love if you wish!

Here's some small answer to your questions or just answer to questions.

Q: Bootleggers? Why? What does that even mean?
A: Bootleggers (on a context of toy bootlegs and related stuff) are the people who take an original idea or product and make their own version, obviously on a low-quality way.

Q: What does the chinese/japanese thing means? I don't get it
A: According to google (and take the meaning of this with a hundred quotation marks) it means home or family. We want you to use your phone and feel yourself comfortable, and like it, like you'll be at home.

Q: Can i make Bootleggers stuff like wallpapers, logos and stuff?
A: Of course, feel free to do it, we will love it.

I have tested this Rom in my device A6020a46 2GB and get the result as below.

1. Offline charging do not wake screen after sleep.

2 Camcorder not works in third party applications even in camera app provided default in the Rom.

3 Green LED not works in 100% charge.

4 Wattsup recording not works.

5 CPU cores- small cores Max. frequency at 1209MHz and big cores Max frequency at 1497MHz.

6 Double tap to wake is not working.

7 RAM management is good

8 No crackling sound, audio is very good.

9 Viper4android is working with Sony beat edition along with Dolby Atmos.

10 FM radio is working.

11 Battery life is good.

12 Browser provided with this Rom not works.

13 Gmail app fail to open emails, it continuously searching resulting blank.

14 Camera quality is very low, at low light.

15 Can't access phone info using *#*#4636#*#*

I have trying this rom, I found camera still bluish, and after magisk intalled rom become little laggy.
I'm trying with 2 gapps release, open gapps unofficial and gzero gapps, and I'm trying installing footej camera, but still bluish when camera apps open.

Gmail app fail to open attachments, but i think this is a bug in all oreo roms. I hadn't sucess to read my attachments in any oreo rom.

I have lot of works officially and unofficially through emails so it is big issue for me and others who works with emails.

If you want to see the custom roms popular it will have to be bug less.

The big issue for India is volte video calls still custom roms not get success to remove this bug, it is a big issue in custom roms.

Yep. I don't use volte, but i work with email too.. so, i still using nougat. I don't find a oreo custom rom without this bug on gmail (attachments)

Open Gapps Arm64 for Oreo 8.1 (micro pack)

A open gapps zip file edited by me for those who faced the problem with Gmail

It works perfect tested by me

Procedure to flash:

Clean flash the rom zip
Wipe cache
Flash the gapps zip (link is below)
Again wipe cache
Done.
It works in all Oreo 8.1 version.
