[ROM][8.1.0][EOL-STABLE] Unofficial CarbonROM for ZE520KL/ZE552KL

Someone help me for God's sake?

I've tried installing several rom's, but it always gives the same error (attachment)

rom that failed installation:
LineageOS 15.1
Ressurection Remix v6.0
Bootleggers
AOSPExtended

The only ones I can install are:
CarbonRom 8.1

I already installed the latest firmware (WW-15.0410.1804.62)
I already installed and reinstalled TWRP 3.2.1-0
I've done all Wipes (data, internal memory, cache, dalvick, system, etc ...)
I have already modified the Updater-Script file.

Always the same mistake, Can you help me?

Have you tried using the search button? Maybe it's not that people don't want to help but that people don't want to clutter up the forums by answering the same questions over and over.

Edit the updater script, I've posted this at least 10 times.

Thanks for trying to help, but I've put everything I've tried to do, including "EDIT THE SCRIPT-UPDATER FILE".

Where is the rom zip located? I can't flash thru the OTG port or external sdcard, only the internal sdcard.

The zip rom file is on the external memory card, I have always done so.
But I tried to put in the internal memory, it made the same mistake.

Ps: A good news, was released yesterday a new version of RR v6.1 20180611, this I managed to install.

Camera Flash doesn't work sometimes using WhatsApp or Asus camera, I need to restart to use it again. Help

Also there are some apps that stop working or does not start, I can't use Google translator and sometimes WhatsApp and pixel launcher stops for no reason.

Screen lock method using root on Nova launcher is not working. Root permission is granted in Magisk. Still, while using the double tap gesture in Nova - Select option keeps on popping up. Uninstall & Re-installs from Play store were done !! Can anyone else test this pls.

This can be solved by flashing Magisk. Note :- As this is enforcing build some users like me facing issue with WiFI. It doesn't turn on . Reported with logs to developer on Telegram. Fix may be incoming with next build.

2 can you provide steps to clean install this rom and pre- requisites if any?
3 any sound mod suggestions for good sound and music experience?

1. Yes.
2. Are already there in OP. Format Data in TWRP and Wipe Internal Storage for clean Install .
3. V4A or Arise also improves the sound.

P.S. It's not daily driver yet as it has Wifi mac address null issue.

thanks for replying ,So how we can resolve the mac address null issue ? can you suggest any other stable rom, I am planning to flash asop extended would it be fine ?

Make use of that Thanks button bro. Join the Telegram group. Did you get that Mac address null issue?? It can be resolved thru Terminal commands on Xenon HD test build available in the group. Come over there..
