Yes the fingerprint works.You can try the Viper which i believe is the best Rom everis fingerprint working...??

Have u clean flashed the ROM?
Your problem is sim not detecting or fp?

On the main post you say VoLTE/NFC etc working and there are no bugs!

Fingerprint. I have done clean install. Format storage then place in zip then flash.
i flashed the stock rom then encrypted the phone & then installed it.
Worked like a charm.
(First try in this rom to encrypt the phone & restart. Maybe it'll work don't know for sure ! )
