I flashed it and my Moto is slow sometimes. Its overheating when I use it execive times, but leaving it while 10 seconds or less on a glass piece it'll be cold until I use it hard. The programmer options are broken and sometimes I can't open a few apps

Forgetting the red frame all is good.

I noticed there isn't a "turbopower" prompt at the bottom of the screen, just "charging" is this just a display quirk or is fast charging disabled?

Update your TWRP to latest official TWRP

developer option works if you wipe and reflash the rom
