Is there any to get the download manager notification to work? Chrome download progress show but any other downloads from play store or other apps don't show up. Just a minor but kind of annoying issue. Any fix?

You can't. It is a common error among pie roms. Try to ignore it. It only shows up after reboot anyway.

I'm using orange fox 8.0 treble recovery.
I was on arrow pie for about 3weaks, now I'm on nitrogen. It's very stable, no bugs encountered so far. So it's stable for daily usage (plus you'll have latest security patches).

It's working for me, 17.3 beta version.

I'm using orange fox 8.0 treble recovery.
I was on arrow pie for about 3weaks, now I'm on nitrogen. It's very stable, no bugs encountered so far. So it's stable for daily usage (plus you'll have latest security patches).

Thanks i flashed it too. Seems nice. Only the fonts were a bit weird. The letters where too small compared to nitrogen oreo. How can i deactivate double tap to wake? I deselected it on the settings but it still works.

You need to deactivate dt2w with kennel adjutor. You'll need to be rooted to use it though.

Also you can change your display size in settings-->display-->advanced-->display size--> large, witch should get you look of the Oreo room. Sorry for late response

This issue is indeed weird, cause it concerns not all users at pie roms.

Just try to turn it off and then on. It should be fine. But I think 3.3 version have some issues.

where can I find the Magisk 17.3?

I used orangefox recovery to flash the rom and magisk. I don't know if it makes the difference but you can try that too.
