The battery life of this ROM is pretty gr8, getting 6-8 hrs of sot with gaming
In comparison to lineage os I'd say it's more feature packed and stable
Which version u have tried oreo or pie
And what about pie version battery backup?
The DTC version of the gabriel kernel is very well optimised for performance, and you can always tweak the kernel settings for performance through kernel adiutor:
