I am still using the first version RR-O-15.03.2018.
-I installed ZUI 3.1.194
-I installed TWRP 3.2.1-0
-I made all the wipes needed
-I installed RR-O-15.03.2018
-I installed Gapps arm64-8.1

How should I proceed with this new installation? I want to do a clean installation.

This work on AEX oreo but it don't use the heart rate sensor. For measuring the heart rate use the camera.

I compared the results of sensor and camera heartrate measurement, they are 100% identical. So nothing to worry.

I use two Z2 Pro here. One for testing and one as daily driver.

I used magisk uhealth mod for daily driver (Uhealth is using led flash there to measure heartrate). My test device was on stock ZUI.
So I could compare directly and saw exact same data.

If you are on stock ZUI just download a heartrate app from Playstore, they all use led flash for measurement
So you can compare by yourself.

But trust me, there is almost no difference between measurment with heartrate sensor or led flash.

Hello. I have installed rr and it runs perfectly but usually when the screen is off for a lot of time after that it awakes only after pressing power button many times. Can anyone help?

I've got the same problem, only that I am usually not able to wake up and I have to reset with long pressing power button.
Also very often when I watch something e.g on youtube in full screen then after that I am not able to rotate back to vertical.
