use older TWRP 3.2.3.1

the newer version sometimes have a problem, also with mtp.
and RR based on Android 8 is a little bit old
→ try to update to a android 10 ROM, it's really good

I highy prefer android 8.1, for the volume control mostly

just downgraded to TWRP 3.2.3-1
E2001 failed to update vendor image
error 7 "error installing zip file (path.zip)
