is there a way to disable proximity sensor, or is there a modded dialer.apk with proximity disabled......I tried the disabled apk made for cyanogenmod based ROM and that is crashing in this ROM , can you mod the app to disable proximity sensor

You can try proximity sensor reset app on play store
İf it not works your sensor is damaged

Posting here as somebody may hit this little issue too:
Updated from AospExtended-v5.8-Z00T-20180820-1201-OFFICIAL.zip to latest build(cleared only system and both of cache partitions in TWRP) and after first reboot i can not unlock phone anymore after first. Entering pin and screen just goes blank.
Workaround: remove lockscreen before upgrade(from settings menu) or remove apropriate files from TWRP after(obviously faster than downgrade, removing lockscreen from settings and upgrading again). Then setup pin again from settings menu and now everything would be fine.

This worked. I removed screenlock, performed a backup of all my apps with Migrate and updated ROM.

Is this rom better than aex pie 6.7 for gaming ?
i try this on my z00t device, but the launcher is very laggy, not smooth to swipe to qs, and open app drawer.
Why camera blurred when using video in whatsapp ?? I using this asus pixel master from you
Before i using aex pie 6.7 video camera is fine in whatsapp

Strangely, I am unable to install AOSP 6.7 after many attempts and continuous boot-loops
however I must say that this ROM is perfect.

I've been testing this rom for 5-6 months (My device is ZE600KL). Everything is fine but i found some bad things,
1- Facebook is laggy (not lite version)
2- When u try to play a game with bluetooth earphones sound comes intermittent like laggy
3-Keyboard does not type when logged into whatsapp from lock screen
4-Font size gets bigger when you log into Instagram on lock screen
5-Notification light color is not the same as the original color (orange while it should be green)

HI, I installed the latest version, but it is sitting at the AOSP Extended screen for more than an hour, I know the installation instructions said it will take a few minutes and to have patience, but typically...how long should it take. Thanx for the brilliant work.
Hi! Trying to revive my phone. Does anyone anyone why I get error 7 when I flash this rom via twrp? I have z00ed edition.
forked the kernel and modify a lil bit here and there (like disabling KSM) also adding two governor that i personally like. glad that AOSP Extended for this device still maintained even now.
