hello guys,

I need your help.

how do you flash the img file using TWRP properly? I always got errors below in entering commands in cmd

C:\adb>fastboot flash recovery boot.img
Sending 'recovery' (11810 KB) OKAY [ 0.381s]
Writing 'recovery' FAILED (remote: 'Command not allowed')

I already installed ADB drivers and my phone drivers. I have C6602 version of Xperia Z and android verion 5.0.2 also bootloader is unlocked already.

I made sure I'm typing the commands properly and watching a lot tutorials for this to work but to no avail. I can't find a FTF file for me to flash using flash tool the way I saw is flash the firmware via TWRP. I don't understand why mine doesn't work as expected.

Thanks in advance.

Hello chippa_a,
have here an xperia Z which is still attractive to use - running with 8.2 version of RR - really still cool to have a full working "antique" device . . .

What do I type for to get the source code of 8.2 yuga with :

git clone (which link do I type here ? )

Or should I wait for RR yuga with 9.0 ? (when Lineage OS for yuga is final ? )

Thank you for answer.
Happy Hacking.

Excuse me for this but I want to know how do you make your installation of RR OS successful? I can't even install TWRP properly
:(
