U need to check whether your phone is detected in fastboot by command " fastboot devices" and proceed with the tool. #recovery message indicates your recovery is corrupted .Better connect your device only in fastboot mode and wait for the tool to respond (it will take to time to respond donot close the command window). For restore use the same tool you have used to repartition ( Annabathina tool or ag tool) .Annabathina tool is good at restoring to original partition and recent ag tool is good to repartition to 2.5gb.

You have to properly configure network name and password in portable wifi hotspot settings. Wifi hotspot is to share your network data to other device. Turn your network data before turning wifi hotspot. This may help:good:

Have you set any portable wifi hotspot time out. If so, choose never from option menu and try. If this problem persist may be it is source code error. I am not sure about it. lineage has to deal with it:good:

Tested the wifi hotspot. It is working fine on my yureka plus. I connected both on laptop and other devices . No such reconnecting issue. I have tested on Airtel network. Turn off wifi scanning option on your client device to avoid frequent disconnection and also make sure strength of your phone wifi signal :good:

Thanks. Now I am waiting for someone to find a way to enable VoLTE in this ROM. Once VoLTE is enabled, it will be best ROM according to me for Yu Yureka.

Testing on volte compatible source. Will release ota if possible with some fixes as much i can.
Need assistance for adding volte and some features to this rom or any talented developer can come forward to takeover this lineage project again :good:

For yureka you can get basic building stuff from here https://wiki.lineageos.org/build_guides.html. Official lineage support for yureka ended on nougat. No errors are found on compilation of nougat rom.
For advanced thing you have to learn some basics regarding device sources ( device tree, kernel etc) so that you can rectify some errors while building ROMs. (oreo, pie and so on )
In terms of hardware resource you may need a quad core cpu with maximum of 8 or 16gb RAM.
