Open build.prop, set string 'persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1' to "0", save, reboot.

if still not working, try use another camera app.

unfortunately the recording does not work, even deactivating the camera2api, even installing another camera. but I installed the pix3l module (Magisk), and now it records videos
