After flashing my Leeco Le max 2 stucked at bootloop. I flashed this rom twice but still same problem. What to do??

Use a browser instead of XDA app and login. You'll see post number on the same line as time stamp on top of each post.
Just search for "le max 2 XDA" in a browser. You'll find the link.

I don't think Oreo PE is under development anymore. If you search you'll find the link somewhere including this thread. But whatever you find may have some bugs.
