Sadly not as I cannot predict the future for this ROM (and I am not the developer). Please either use another ROM with volte or wait for an update. Patience is a virtue!

I have installed many custum roms, nougat based and also oreo based. This is the only one that won't let me login to swift backup. I also tested your gapps, but i got the same problem.
I liked this rom, but i can't restore my backup.
