Not sure. Is it a different metric reading on the phone itself to a power volt meter or is the phone not yet, or ROM not yet ready for quick charge? Its either incorrect readings or a bottleneck?

Try to increase GPU clock to 600mhz with kernel adiutor or else. Beacuse it's 450mhz by default. I dunno why..

I flash hatekernel 2.0 and change governor to elementalx and now my phone i s freaking smooth.

Yeah, it also can. My configuration today is using ElementalX for big cluster & zzmove for LITTLE cluster. You can try

is there any way to install snap camera in this ROM? tried extracted APK from LOS15.1 but it crash on launch even with all permissions and modify system allowed, build in camera its very underwhelming

works fine for me

what i did when moving from LOS15.1 - wipe system, data and all caches, install NOS, install newest flashable magisk, install official opengapps, reboot and everything is fine, heck now i even pass google CTS verification which i haven't on LOS15.1

Probably was in thermal throttling,i use kernel adiutor to config cpu and my settings are : big core interactive with max freq 1632 and little core zzmove.Sorry for my english.

I don't know.. Are you using stock kernel?
you can config all cores with Kernel Adiutor.
