I think the problem is the the driver, so modifying the build prop will do no effect

There's nothing you can do about it..please remember this is an alpha build,this is not even a beta build so not strange if there are still many bugs..
So please be patient until the dev has "done" on this beauty ROM so you can taste this Oreo like a Nougat before..

Thanks bro...but is there any other way to enable am/pm on status bar.....and plz add omni jaws for weather i didnt find it

This is based on LOS15. So I think there's a workaround on the WiFi. Something about moving a file from a folder to /vendor/ or something. I forgot the exact details. Just look it up on LOS15's official thread

I'll release new builds within 2h, here's a fix if you want to do it yourself:
~ copy /system/etc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini to /system/vendor/etc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini

No.....if you flash open gapps then you can face with some issues...

Its means that the rom is in testing mode.. which may be unstable.....
