This ROM doesn't work with Opengapps or GZR Gapps...
If you flash BootLeggers ROM only it works but if you flash BootLeggers ROM with any package from Opengapps or GZR Gapps you will be stuck at the BootLeggers Logo at the beginning...

Opengapps work fine I've personally used them with this build. There must be something wrong with gapps package.

When you flash Bootleggers ROM with Opengapps and if you have your SIM Card inserted on your smartphone slot you will be stuck at the Bootleggers Logo on the first boot.Can you elaborate
But if you flash Bootleggers ROM with Opengapps without your SIM Card inserted on your smartphone slot everything works fine and you will be able to boot to android. And only then at the end you can insert your SIM Card.
You can test this yourself to see if it happens to.

Clean install of ROM + GZR Zero Gapps 20180311 + Magisk 16.0 works perfectly.

I literally have no idea how sim cards are related in any way to booting a rom. I've always booted ROMs with sim cards inserted and had no issues.
Well I've spent two nights trying to install this ROM and the only way was removing the SIM Card if not I would be stuck on the first boot with the Bootleggers Logo.
Maybe it's related to my country... I have no idea.
For instance if I flash Official Lineage OS with Opengapps I have no problems but with this ROM I had to take off my SIM Card.
Sorry m8, But I or neither other users can reproduce the bug so I'll let it's specific to you and you can go ahead and change rom

The only difference for me is when I flash your ROM I now know that I need to take out my SIM Card on the first boot If I wanna have it working with Opengapps because If I flash your ROM without Opengapps or GZR Gapps it works out of the box but this way I will not have Google Play Store which I use a lot.
