How to update? Wipe Dalvik Cache & cache and flash the rom then reboot? and do i need to flash the fixer also? thanks very much

i cant open Setting after the update. do i need to clean flash the rom and lose all the apps? sigh

i revert back to 5.4
Y it's very easy if u dont want to lose files in ur phone try a dirty flash by wiping dalvink and cache or do a clean flash
And if u r in 5.4 go to setting and updates download it and it itself install the rom so no need to worry
What noticeable improvement on latest build guys?
Especially battery life. I'mm still pretty happy with 5.4..

i did try dirty flash.. i cant open the settings and how to clean flash? will i lose all my apps?
If u do a clean flash all data will be erased except the internal storage.
Yes all of ur apps will be deleted try backing them up
Method to do a clean flash
1. Go to recovery
2. Wipe system data dalvink and cache
3. Install aex 5.5
4. Install magisk if u want root (optional)
5. Wipe cache and dalvink
6 boot to system
7 enjoy
apply root with the magisk 16.0 in twrp, and install the substratum and the theme of "Flux White". if you do not have how to pay for the theme, I can give a link to download cracked.
I just wanted to install the launcher, because i can't install it with normal method. And i don't want to root my device.
Maybe there is flashable zip.
but the method you need to root to be able to uninstall the app default, and can install any other launcher. But I think I told you not to do, I am using the default again, because after you upgrade the patches of the conflict. But if you want the method I can tell you what I did. (remembering that you will need root)
I guess i would not install it.
Short story the launcher was messed up, and after I updated the ROM via OTA, it's going like it should be.
By the way, i have never know updating a custom ROM would be this easy. Just a few tap and the ROM will be updated. Just like MIUI does. Thanks Dev.
Battery is good
Dt2w always on is still there, but 5.5 seems better than 5.4Any bug in latest build ?
