Are u sure u not installing gapps of size larger than space left in partition..... try pico or micro gapps

i have solved the problem. Was nos using the correct recovery to flash the rom. when i used the recovery provided by mokee everything worked.
Pulsedriver85:
gapps must be OPENS GAPPS nano, micro, or pico for arm 32bits for 8.1
With the new twrp version from Mokee it's ok now.

With normal 3.2.1.0 TWRP is enough for this ROM (on my Mi3W).

v81-cancro latest nightly. whatsapp video always loading and cannot play. v712 whatsapp video is running okey. Guys any solution to this problem.
May be because of privacy guard..

Solved this problem... disable leafpic and then enable..now WhatsApp video playing...
Again stopped playing videos from WhatsApp.
Video played only once...not playing now...

Privacy guard disable for whatsapp - problem still exist.
Video played once only when whatsapp was first installed then not playing... but can play the video from Gallery or Files explorer.
Tried with titanium backup also(freeze and defrost leafpic gallery app) but problem not solved. Video played one or two time but after reboot stopped playing video from WhatsApp...installing some other gallery app and removing leafpic stock gallery app may help...try and report back..

You must flash the pico version of opengapps. I think this works.
