My question is can i upgrade or flash using this new ROM? I am a newbie to all this

Thanks in advance for the reply.
Yes you can but your phone knox will become 0x1 that mean you will lost your warranty.

You can download latest version for ARM and use it without any problem. Just sometimes while switching between record and "take pictures" mode camera doesn't work until next reboot, so if you want to use it just use it for taking photos and lens blur.
I think we have to enable camera2 api in phone for video recording.
Is it possible to enable camera2 api?

Good ROM but have Bugs

I install the ROM but I find many errors,
Bugs:
1. It does NOT recognize the micro SD. 2. When blocking / unlocking the screen is too slow 3. It does not open the APK files

Pros:
1. Version of Android 8.1, quite well adapted.
2. The start of the system is very fast.
3. Recognize the fingerprint sensor.

When solving the bugs will be one of the best CUSTOM ROM, for now I return to the STOCK ROM, since it is my device from day to day.

Greetings from El Salvador.
It does recognize sd card, and it does open apk files. At least for me

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review. Your changelog is whatever was merged into gerrit.

    Known Issues
    - VOLTE
    - Touch on delay sometimes

    Installation:
    1. Download the zip
    2. Wipe data/factory reset (Needed on first install)
    3. Flash LineageOS
    4. Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package
    5. Reboot

    NOTE:
    - Make sure you flash gapps before first boot to prevert FC
    - If you face any FC don't blame me or lineage, it's probably your fault, fix it yourself.

If you are facing some bugs other than the ones mentioned in the thread i recommend you to make a clean install with no additional addons you may have installed, and check if those bugs persist because many a times people use some scripts or tweaks for performance/battery tuning and end up with some things broken

New build in 3 days with screen recording, bt calls and incall audio cutoff fixed.

Sorry for being too late, i was busy with college stuff.

Also note that voLTE is bit tricky to be fixed. I've worked on it a few times but couldn't fix it. I'll enable volte services in next build so that you'll can try to fix it your way(tw devs), maybe by pushing ims apks, libs, jars, csc and other stuff. That's too much
Also if anyone can find a samsung device with volte working on AOSP(non treble) It'll be great:mad:
