"Huawei has now started rolling out the update in China in phases and will be available for all P9 users in China by 15th July.

However, the update is not yet available outside China but we expect the update to be available soon in other markets as well.

Last month, Huawei Support UK had stated that the Huawei P9 smartphone, which was launched in the year 2016, would not be receiving the Android 8.0 Oreo update and the company cited hardware limitations as the reason for the same.
However, it seems that the information provided by the company was incorrect..."

Can you please share the patched camera here? Thanks. I believe many people are interested :)
Firstly you should stay on EMUI8.0,then flash RROS beta1 via fastboot, don't use gsi rros 8/7 or 23/7,it just be supported in 2/7.Then flash twrp and intall magisk, don't format date partition otherwise you system will reboot to keep in bootloop animation.mount the pathed camera of magisk module(Kirin950CameraEnabler+BT.zip),if your model is p9 plus you will use nfc then mount the pathed nfc of magisk module(enable_nfc.zip).reboot.:eek:
btw, thanks for 小弥勒佛 and the Resurrection Remix team,i find the pathed module in telegram,if yours want to know more information just focus on them in telegram.Tomorrow the OpenKirin team will realese the rros beta2,anyone who want to install could download and exprience,beta2 add the pathed camera module and support Kirin 95x.

What do you mean by RROS 2/7? Are you reffering to the OpenKirin RROS or the Official GSI RROS? Because I don't see any other version of RROS in OpenKirin's website. Also, did you have bluetooth when you switched to RROS? Because my bluetooth got removed and I also have a corrupted (not really, accessible but not by Magisk and Xposed) /data partition.

I refer the Offical GSI RROS,it had been updated three times at 2/7,8/7 and 23/7,only at 2/7 supports p9.I installed the OpenKirin RROS by 19/6,the bluetooth doesnt work.but I uploaded the zip file Kirin950CameraEnabler+BT.zip including the fix of bluetooth,+BT means bluetooth, just flash it in magisk. Then reboot system you will find the bluetooth work normally. Here is the download link about open kirin ,download the first one.https://openkirin.net/download/

But what ROM are you using right now? The official or OpenKirin's one? And does the fix work for either of the two? Also if you do use the official one, is it the A only or the A/B? I can't seem to understand what is the correct one for our device. Thanks dude.

Is there just a flashable zip for the ROM version in this topic? Or not yet?

I have also some bugs, and want to know if anybody else has this too, or knows an fix.
One bug is that the YouTube app, or modded versions won't load anything. Just loading screen all the time.
And second, sometimes my audio is as hard as it can go, but sounds like first tick.
Also, gps will 50% of the time not find my location, or it will be updated very slowly
