No offense. But didn't they say the same when Honor 8 won't get Oreo and then now it already has entered the beta stage. Plus there are updates for the chinese beta fixing issues such as power consumption. So I still have some faith.
Guys, why it shouldn't, if EVA-AL00 is equal with EVA-L09?
We will work on chinese builds, maybe get it to also as well, but dont talk about that here.
GSI build will work on P9 too after rebrand, but its under confirmation.
At least surdu is busy and cant build in comming weeks, but Stock Emui 8 should be around soon.
Any news on the emui 8 for p9? I think its been confirmed that Huawei cancelled their update on the p9?
It's not confirmed! This is just a rumor due to an email conversation with a wrong answer from a service point.

No we need Hi Care App at the 30th June and goes to option Software Update and then hope any User have lucky Oreo . 20000 User not more
The HiCare App will not offer the Oreo Update before it's released for "oversea" countries like Europe.

I had installed gsi oreo [OFFICIAL] Resurrection Remix O v.6.1.0 on my huawei p9,but the camera can't work,can anybody know how to port the stock camera to RROS6.1?can anybody know how to copy /vendo/lib64 [email protected] and libHwPostCamera_jni.so on EMUI8.0 520 to RROS6.1?And copy /system/priv-app/HwCamera2/HwCamera2.apk to RROS so that it can works on RROS6.1?thx!!
