I think I found the problem. Fingerprint sensor not working in this ROM & firehound 4.5 for me. When booting for first time, it doesn't ask for fingerprint lock option neither is there such an option in the securities menu.
Fingerprint sensor and gesture works fine on stock ROM, all nougat ROMs and even on XenonHD Oreo.

I think you're not encrypted, it's needed for this rom, you can find the option to encrypt in security settings.
