When in tablet mode, it used to show notifications next to the clock. I've seen it been asked in the N4 thread and apparently it has been said that its fixed, but its still happening on my N7 v3.97. When I change the number of notifications, they show up for 2 seconds before system ui crashes.
Wondering if theres a fix for it, or if someone can look further into this. Thanks!

An issue I'm having on all my Roms is chrome. Whenever I swipe up to scroll, the browser refreshes page and puts me back at top! Other browsers don't do this. Very frustrating.

Hi , clicking on the rom link on OP takes me to Grouper device ROM. I have a 32GB 3G unit which i understand is Thilapia...Can i use grouper builds for tilapia ? if this is a too basic question , please dont bash me up

You may want to try the second in the Nexus 7 forum for the wifi model they should have a ParanoidAndroid thread there also.

The latest tilapia build is 3.68, sadly. It's also quite buggy (notification longpress broken, GPS broken, etc.).
I think you should try others browser. If you cant try others, you also can try to fix this problem by turning off the automatic translate on your Chorme browser.
Problem is that this is an inappropriate place to do so, as it does not pertain to development of the rom in any way and is against the site rules.

We have forked all the required repos, for a aosp based pa and are hard at work on getting pa 3.0 ready. I have a grouper repo set up and building! We are still a ways away from giving you the goodness you love, but we do have the following.
