Of course it will be better with time. Only wondering if the LOS base causes the battery drain because Liquid Remix is not completely los based as far as I know.

You are indeed right on this one, and battery on liquedremix have at least 40% higher battery performance.
But all roms has some disadvantages right now.

Regards ysco..

Rom runs smooth. No lag that I can see. Fingerprint works good. I am, however, getting a nag to update. Guessing that 1-9-19 is the latest ??

Does this rom have button settings? i.e. long press recents?

new update ready and namely build 09.01.2018
this build fixes SELinux issues we had with for fingerprint service, brings support for Dash charge as well as increased security by making SELinux enforcing
you can grab the build from OP

I found a bug that if you pick the Pixel Theme as your Device Theme inside the Display settings, the System UI crashes and then it just stays as a black screen. The only way I could fix was to go back to my old Nandroid Backup and then reinstall the update. I guess if you did a clean install, that would be the same thing. I didn't try any other theme, because I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of restoring and reinstalling.

1. After flashing the latest version, the Google Apps got screwed up. It no longer shows the account and also is not allowing me to add new one. Keeps closing.
2. No charging lights.
3. Finger sensor is much better.
4. Dash charging is working.
5. Battery was draining very fast in the previous version and I doubt there are no changes related to that in the new version.

Edit:
1. Backed up Apps using Titanium Backup.
2. Deleted System and did factory Data Reset
3. Flashed the latest crDroid, Gapps Nano And Magisk 15.2
4. Restored Backup.
5. Charging lights are back.
6. All good.

@gwolfu,

I know this is BETA but I wanted to give you a heads up. I'm not sure if I am the only person experiencing this but when trying to import contacts via the stock contacts app (googles contact app in playstore as well) crashes when going to settings>import>(choose your email). A work around for me was to use another app in the play store (true contacts) and that allowed me to import from my vcf file without any problems.

Edit: This is on your latest build as of 1/10/2018. Thank you.

Can you please add a logcat
Would help in fixing the bug

Install MatLog, grant root access, start a new recording, try to import contacts (let it fail), return to MatLog and stop recording
See the log on internal memory and attach to a new post here

Alternative, with no root, is adb logcat with PC connected to phone

thanks for the log
it might be a gapps issue, but investigating

Edit:
can you see if it works with nano gapps package ?
seems to be working just fine here

I think so. Gapps is the culprit. I have put this rom through the ringer. 85 apps restored w/ titanium- deleting multiple sys apps- adding multiple accounts of various types..... I don't play any data intensive games on my phone, but no stutters yet. WIFI might be a little effed up tho. It works but doesn't seem as fast as on oos. I suspect it's a config file in etc specific to the op5t

    Heads-us
This project is now in maintenance mode
This means that mostly only a security update will be released once a month after Google (and LOS) pushes code and I get some time to build it (usually happens between 5 and 15 of every month)
All development is now focused on crDroid v5 Pie
