Is there any way to get rid of the verbose descriptions in settings? I've seen it before in other roms. Just wondering if I'm missing something

@gwolfu

Do you use the stock LOS kernel? Because in the new built there should be an increase in battery life and smoothness. Maybe you should build upon that.

Only a suggestion, Im not a dev or programmer. :)

What verbose descriptions? Which ROMs?

Think he means description under certain menus in settings

Indeed. I know what all the settings do- as most flashing a custom rom probably do as well. When I go to settings, it reads like a book. No biggie tho.

Edit: It might have been LOS on the ZTE Axon, and Pheonix on the OP 3t. There was an option in extended settings to clean things up a bit (get rid of the descriptions of what each setting does).

Hi there,

I've just installed this ROM. (coming from up-to-date Oxygen, Backup, Install, Wipe cache+dalvik, Format data)
Sorry to say, but the first thing I noticed after boot was that looking at the display is straining my eyes.
In case I'm not going crazy here, how would I go about diagnostics without having any measuring equipment?
I've already taken the color temperature down to 6500K, which didn't really help. I suspect, there might be low frequency pwm at work. Is there some config or system value to look at?
Can anyone confirm or am I indeed going crazy?
How would I go about bisecting the problem or try to find a solution?

Thanks in advance,
ithilion

    Heads-us
This project is now in maintenance mode
This means that mostly only a security update will be released once a month after Google (and LOS) pushes code and I get some time to build it (usually happens between 5 and 15 of every month)
All development is now focused on crDroid v5 Pie
