I guess again there's no luck for us poor bastards with goodix fingerprint because it isn't working.
Guys 10 percentage battery drained overnight while in idle.excrpt that other features are awesome and the most smoothest Oreo romever i seen with excellent ram management.
Everything is great except battery backup. Hope next update will solve it.
Try turning SELinux off. Do that by going to terminal and typing in:
su ↵
setenforce 0 ↵
And then, configure fingerprint.
If it still does not work, type in:
start hal_fps ↵
Then configure. Leave a reply with your result.
If it works, you can turn SELinux on again by simply
setenforce 1 ↵
Yes, it will.
I have been using this since last night, few observations.
1. Phone is becoming toooo hot while charging. (I mean really hot, don't know the reason)
2. Power menu doesn't work on lock screen.
When i long press the power button on lock screen, it just gives me a haptic feedback, but no menu.
3. While playing videos in Youtube in landscape mode, the volume buttons are oriented opposite. (volume down works as volume up and vice versa).
4. On screen Navigation buttons cannot be re-oriented.
5. GCamera mod v1.7 works fine.
6. No battery drain when phone is left ideal over night.
7. DotUI center is the most exciting thing in the rom, really loved it.

That's not a bug tho.
1. U can enable it. Go to DotExtras > System > Buttons > Power Menu > Power menu when locked
2. Disable Swap volume rocker orientation in buttons setting

@nsytechno96 I saw many commits by nichcream in device sources so is it forked from his sources.
Also what about the recent changes done by him .. will you sync them time to time.
His branch has many commits in last few days which your sources are missing but you have your own commits in last few days so will these sources go separate.
