Syberia Project (aka Syberia OS) is a custom ROM for OnePlus 6 (enchilada) that implements various features. This project was designed by our "Syberia Team" from scratch based on AOSP source code. Also for HALs we use CodeAurora sources (i.e. CAF). Our team: @blinoff82, @DennySPB, @alexxxdev. Also many thanks to our designer -rlshukhov for logos, wallpapers and bootanimation.

● Backup all your data (Important)
● Make sure you have OOS Stable/ Beta installed on both A and B slots! Rom will not boot with Oreo firmware
● Wipe System, Data, Dalvik Cache (if coming from another rom). I recommend clean flash everytime
● Flash rom zip followed by Twrp installer zip
● Reboot recovery (Ignore "No OS Installed Warning")
● Flash gapps
● Flash Magisk (if u want root access)
● Reboot system and Enjoy Syberia Project !

Doing a bit of initial review, Just booted up the rom. Touch latency is very negligible (Almost 0). Rom is very snappy and fast. Looking forward to use it and test it. Thank you for the rom!
