Thank you for doing all that you do I notice you have you fingers in many pies LOL awesome work
I have tried several of your roms and like them all, the Latest one which is the POSP, I installed the April 8th version, after trebelizing, everything installed like a charm,
I am not sure what happened for your latest update but I tried this below, and got a cannot mount data error, I followed the step by step instructions

I had to go back to the previous build.
not sure what I am doing in correctly maybe you can shed some light on this

CASE 2: If you're on a ROM with repartition treble:

1. Flash the TWRP given below:

2. Reboot to recovery

3. Go to Advanced > Treble Manager and restore partition. (Take back your 1 GB space )

4. Reboot to recovery and Navigate (Wipe -> Format Data -> Enter yes)

5. Flash rom normally

That pixelmaster app ported by planet9's, have some issues that, have not been reported by him.
anybody knows if, he plan to give updates for the pixelmaster, or not?

IMPORTANT: This POSP build is a build signed with release-keys. Clean flash recommended. If dirty flashing, also flash migration zip along with ROM zip.
OTA will not work for the update.

Dirty flash procedure: Flash ROM -> Flash zip above -> reboot.
(no need to flash gapps, magisk)

I will try telling simplest method.
1. Flash stock with AFT. (Boot and enable data roaming if you want that). This will guarantee you dont have old treble. New treble is hassle-free and *might* help us flash GSIs in the future.
2. Flash TWRP: https://zenfone3-dev.gitlab.io/recovery/twrp/
3. Flash ROM normally: Wipe system, data, cache, dalvik and then Flash ROM (+ gapps + Magisk v19 only, both optional)

After installing the latest update, the phone does not switch on, the potato icon remains. I left the phone on till morning, but it didn't pick up. I installed the old version again.

I've been facing some bugs:

1. The brightness control won't stay on the level that I set, it always go down when I release my finger, the bug stays even I turn off/on the adaptative brightness

2. Since RR7 my launchers give me a glitch on the bottom of the screen, it's a square that apeears and disappears sometimes, I'll try to get an screenshot but it appears and disappears too fast.

3. It's a question, there's a way to help in translations of the ROM? I am willing to help with translation into Portuguese ?

overall, this rom is more battery friendly than other i've used. but i hope the developers may add traffic indicator (not only in expanded statusbar), charging info. or i suggest, the developers ports the resurrection remix special feature to this rom ?

After each restart or airplane mode/wifi turned off, data preference for sim cards (5th line on network&internet setting) is always changed to sim 1 from my setting on sim 2. Regardless data preference for mobile network (2nd line on network&internet) remains on sim 2. Dunno if it's a bug or a default setup for aosp pie.

make selinux to enforcing (if you changed it to permissive) and use magisk hide.

Learn to read the entire thread carefully and the reserved comments by the OP. It is clearly mentioned to use only magisk 19.0 or above.

Notes:
- This is a treble ROM, all you need to do is use TWRP 3.3.0 by makorn645 from here.
- Just use this TWRP and flash like normal.
- must use Magisk v19.0 and later only

Is it possible make a pixelmaster magisk file for other pie rom? Other pie rom like lineage 16 still can not use install apk directly.

Unlocked phone. Installed TWRP from thread. Clean flashed 06-10 and latest arm64 gapps (full); restored account. Downloaded ASUS PixelMaster from Gplay, everything appears to be working there. Tested BT to my vehicle (works fine.) Navigation works. Installed Masgisk 19.3, works fine.
