Anyone else getting an error 7 after a dirty flash and then stuck in boot? I am coming from the Feb. patch with Open Gapps arm64 20200325. Dirty flashing back to the Feb. patch fixes this. I figure it is an issue with Gapps like some other users had prior so I may try to flash some older version of Gapps.

Take care as the link goes to "gingko" version. Think is not the right for axon. In "old" versions choose the right one

My download link is totally ok. Above, it also just shows the latest download on SF for crDroid in general. That's all....So no problem

manual nework search

Hello. I ve been using this rom for few weeks now and it works really well. Thank you.
I have one issue however.
I want to choose network operator manually at some times.
Whenever i try manual search i get an error: cant find networks, try again
It seems the network selection is always in automatic and it does not switch to manual.
I have A2017G unit and i tried these two modems:
A2017G_OreoModem.zip, by DrakenFX
A2017G-O-B04-MODEM.zip, by raystef66
With both i cant manually search for network. Automatic network selection works and my phone connects to network without a problem. I leave verry close to border and some times i need to manually change the network.

Anyone knows a solution for this?

Unfortunately it's a known issue and no fix was found so far afaik

Sorry guys,

I hope you can help me with this awesome rom.

Since some time, after a pull of calls the ringtone stop to works and just restarting the phone it works again.

Someone else that knows how to fix it? (without restarting guys)

Hey guys, so I finally got sick of stock on my A2017U. I do not "know the drill"! And I'm kinda paranoid about getting the wrong files. Would anyone be kind enough to point out the exact process for getting from stock unlocked & rooted (magisk) latest N for A2017U to this ROM? thank you! And thank you Ray for keeping this rom up to date!

I was coming from stock latest nougat, A2017U with twrp and magisk

I installed
universal bootstack by drakenfx
oreo modem for a2017u from draken
twrp 3.2.3.0 recommended in the los 15.1 thread

then flashed crdroid
then tried flashing syberia
then I tried removing 3 assert lines from the update script, no change

I guess I don't have a vendor partition? but I thought device specific roms didn't need a vendor image anymore that was only for gsi?

can anybody tell me how to fix this? thanks

flashing it twice created the vendor partition for me.

Same thing happens when you set the device to dark mode in either the crdroid settings or by searching for theme from the settings menu. Only solution is a factory reset. Seems like systemUI is crash looping.

Can you say more about this, I don't want to accidently have to factory reset since I just fresh set up this phone. Can I not use dark mode at all? thx

I have the same error trying to install from B04 SLIM. So you solved it totally or no?

Hi guys,

I have installed the following and I get "Your device is corrupt. It cant be trusted and may not work properly.

A2017x_LineageOS15.1_UniversalBootstack_v2_by_DrakenFX.zip
A2017G_OreoModem.zip
crDroidAndroid-9.0-20200416-axon7-v5.12.zip

It all installed without error. What have I done wrong?

One thing on the homescreen the default apps are not shown. They are missing.

Anyone else have the problem of the phone booting up when its turned off and put on the charger?

Turns out it is the remove the bootloader warning mod that is causing this behaviour. The one that turns the ZTE green from stock bluw.
