Whats is the best way to back up your data ? Should i just back up from recovery and then flash it again ?if i flash from the beginning the gapps and the rom should i be able to flash the data file again?

i used titanium backup to backup my apps 90% it's working fine, if you are
updating from old version you can try dirty flashing or flashing without wiping data partition

cause im having some none serious bugs , i wanna flash system / data / cache and dalvik cache . And the flash again gapps and the rom .. is that ok if i wanna back up my data?

Guys, I apologize for not answering most of the questions on this topic, I'm sorry for that, I've been very busy lately and so I'm no longer in the mood to officially maintain AEX, and I don't own the device. I'm leaving official development, but before I left two updates from July and August, ROM is stable and with Kernel in Enforcing. Changelog is on post #2, I will keep other devices and unofficial ROMs, all my work it's on my website, and all repositories are on my GitHub.
