TWRP Error

Could not be updated to version 20190417.
Is there a way to solve the problem shown in the log?
I was using " EvolutionX_jason-9.0-20190415-0023-OFFICIAL.zip"
FW/vendor file using - "FW-vendor miui global_V10.3.2.0-8.1"

TWRP LOG :
Modem firmware from MIUI V10.3.1.0.0CHCNXM or newer stock ROMs is prerequisite to be compatible with this build.
Updating process ended with ERROR : 7

I'm using the April 15 version.
But there's a problem with the 15th date in the update.

Good rom but , i have problem , when i turn off screen and put phone to the poket after one or two minutes it stucks in sleep mode and only reboot help , may be someone knows what to do with it?
Whith others rom there is no such thing....
