Pixel Launcher keeps crashing

Even after flash a clean flash and a dirty flash, I can't even use the rom, the Launcher keeps crashing and crashing, another question, I can't flash the boot.img shipped in the zip, it says "(bootloader) Image not signed or corrupt".

After first system boot volte and call works fine,
but after login google play volte and call ended ,google is tracking and disabling,

Every time I use the restart option from power menu, I end up in a recovery boot loop, then have to flash the rom again for it to stop. this never happened with other sander's roms and I have tested almost all of them.
