OMG it works indeed!
Seems I've messed up something while playing with touchscreen fresh firmware and drivers..
Flashing can be considered as a temporary fix at the moment.
Going to use upstream okita in the next build.

Reporting another. The sound quality when recording audio is very bad and so low quality. Im not sure if it from okita or from the rom itselft.

Aside from these bugs i reported, every feels so snappy.

Hey,
thank you for the work and effort put into this. Until now I'm really enjoying the ROM but I'm having some pretty annoying issue with touch accuracy. Didn't experience such behaviour before but the screen recognizes the touch input a few millimeters below my finger actually touching the screen. Am I the only one with this issue?

Did a clean install coming from global stable.

Have you installed Okita Kernel again on top? Seems it resolves a lot of issues.

Sent from my OnePlus6 using XDA Labs

Problem

Applications do not open like twitter, YouTube, free fire, Netflix among others, how can I solve it? By the way I do not have root on my mobile

Most probably the reason is that DTBO image is missing in th current build, so try to flash Okita kernel after flashing the ROM.
Will be fixed in upcoming build.
Still not working. Thanks anywas. I´ll wait for next build.
Til now I did the following: (all tries after fresh miui global fastboot rom)
1st try:
- flashed recovery and formatted + wiped to factory reset
- rebooted to recovery and flashed havoc
-> fastboot after reboot
2nd try:
- installed miui global via fastboot
- flashed recovery and formatted + wiped to factory reset
- rebooted to recovery and wiped system, dalvic, cache
- installed havoc
-> fastboot after reboot
3rd try:
like 2nd try but flashed okita kernel after havoc
-> fastboot after reboot
Any other ideas?

Well, at first glance everything is ok.
So ideas are to try FORMAT DATA after Havoc has been installed and try some another TWRP version.
