Yes technically it's possible bcz you are not only changing phone app as well as it's service app.. But it is risky.. It may crash complete system..

I have crashed my system twice by editing phone app's service.. So be careful..

I know that's why you suggested.. But it can be risky bcz some system (unlike evo-x) has phone service dependency..

If you change or move service then total system can be crashed..

After watching your suggestion some user may try on their system which can be dangerous..

That's why I shared my experience through you.. I had made this mistake on PE-CAF which crashed completely..

Working on my dream project.. As PE team has stopped CAF development that's why I searched for an active development..

First active CAF ROM which came to my mind was Reloaded-CAF.. I thought if I can give Reloaded ROM to PE look then it will be best for our needs..

After lots of struggle and lots (lot means lot) of error rectification finally made another impossible possible..

Now we have Reloaded ROM source and PE look with their optimisation.. Great isn't it??

But for doing this, security patch again falls to July and all old customisation of PE joins the party..

Believe me this PixelReloaded (new name) ROM working flawlessly..

If I say anything that will be marketing bcz It's my build..

I can only say, I am using this ROM for my daily driver and facing no issue..

Now upto you..

Remember: It has video call bug.. Still it is selinux permissive..

And right now I am not going to enforce it bcz tested some enforced build they are very much laggy.. I don't want lag in my build..

Security patch doesn't matter . ....as i know reloaded caf also have july security patch and latest by caf.......
Everyone wants only bugfree rom.....means great performance with great BB without Major bugs.(minor accepted ) nothing else.......
And neither PE have call recording nor reloaded caf ........so can't expect this feature....
So.......Except call recording everything will be superb as i know you.......
