1. Backed up everything with TitaniumBackup
2. Fastboot new TWRP,
3. Formated and for a good measure wiped everything ('cuz OCD that's why)
4. Sideloaded LineageOS 16.0
5. Sideloaded Magisk 18.0
6. Sideloaded Gapps
7. Restored user apps with TitaniumBackup

No major bugs as of yet. Pixel launcher works for me. If I find something will post here.

frantisheq, first of all, congratulations for this great work.
Secondly, thanks for the work done and the time allocated for this project.

I have only one question ... how can I move from Lineage 14.1 to 16.0, given that I tried to switch to 15.1 and did not succeed due to cache formatting (f2fs vs ext4) ? What procedure should I follow ?
Thanks in advance !

Two posts above I explained the procedure. Step by step.

EDIT: I'm using ext4 (it seemed more stable to me).

For me, it does not matter how the cache is ... f2fs or ext4 ...
Lineage 14.1 on my phone has the f2fs cache and I did not manage to format to ext4, in order to install 15.1 and I go back to 14.1.
Is the same problem for 16.0 or this new TWRP knows how to format the cache in ext4 ?
I want to know clearly before I start this upgrade, because this phone is the daily phone and I don't want to go back to 14.1 every time and set it up for a whole day ... that's my concern...
Thank you !

This is mine, but to be honest I can't remember the last time I switched it (was probably at the time of 14.1).Screenshot_2019-01-12-17-40-38.jpeg

Google removed that functionality after January 2020 so yes, older version must be installed, but can be updated by Google Play in normal way.

Hello. To unlock the face need gApps from 01/01/2020. Or will it suit any later 01.01.2020?

It's bug, maybe related to DT2W (double tap to wake - hacked driver in kernel)...

Hello. Thank you for the hard work of supporting our phones.
    I have installed lineage-16.0-20190614
There is one problem. When removing the phone from your pocket or bag (when the light and proximity sensor is in the closed state), you cannot immediately unlock the device using the power button or pressing the screen. Only after 20-30 seconds the screen turns on. This is observed on 3 such devices. Can't fix it, it causes some inconvenience. It's awesome uncomfortable. Does anyone else have such a problem? Help me please

This site is strange it can be scam,
but current sources are very close to this. So Android 10 is possible, but not priority now.

Hello everyone. Has anyone seen such information, our smartphone has 10 android (17 line). Here's the link.https://www.getdroidtips.com/lineage-os-17-lenovo-vibe-z2-pro/

There are a ton of bugs functional and security in LineageOS 14 and 15 so it may not work and can be dangerous to use it.

I decided to switch to LineageOS 15, but there is a problem with whatsapp for video calls. I want to try to fix it @janforman, tell me how you managed to fix it in LineageOS 16?

It's recommended to erase all data, caches, vendor partition when you are jumping from very old ROM to brand new. Otherwise you may experience serious problems/bugs etc.

Installed the ROM via Install option in recovery. Someone said using Sideload, why? For me the ROM doesnt boot.
