Some applications checks their running environment and requires non modified ROM so it's working only on stock Google certified ROM.
Magisk can help with that, but it's workaround and can stop working anytime.
Netflix does work with lineage-14.1-20190202-nightly-kingdom-signed.zip version just fine, which has SELinux protective, and w/o magisk.
That's why I thought this might be the SELinux permissive which is making netflix to not work with the 16 release.

This is normal, older Android versions are whitelisted in security check because they cannot detect modified phone.
Problem is unlocked bootloader.

Wifi is broken in two builds before latest. So it may work now correctly.

Hi,
I was able to recover the phone and install the latest (20200904 version) ROM update before your recommendations to installing the January version of gapps should wait for the next ROM update.
So far it works, even if I have updates that I have to download manually.
The main problem is the internet connection of the browser and certain applications. The culmination is that I can go online through the hotspot, although the browser fails to connect to the network!
That's why the updater did not found any update until NOW, when I verified first page!

Update after 1 h: gapps installed with current, latest ROM update and restarted with succes.
The browser still cannot connect to internet

Very strange ...
I've been waiting until now to see what happens, but again in the current configuration the phone doesn't automatically find the latest ROM update, even until manual search.
I changed the mobile network provider with Orange and I no longer have problems accessing the internet from the browser.
After the problem of 2 months ago, when I rewrote the firmware I got rid of the random restarts but it seems that wifi still suffers.
I will update with current version right now and, if I run into problems again, I would like to return to an older update.
Where can I find older versions?

Yes update notifications are turned off, because of some incompatibilities in latest LineageOS 16 versions.
1) OpenGApps is not reinstalled correctly
2) Wifi is somehow messed up

First problem can be solved by reinstalling gApps after update, but second who knows. Sometimes Wifi cannot be turned on, but when you are lucky it's working normally.
Maybe I can invest some time to analyze these bugs in the future.

I don't have older versions, because these two bugs are not visible to me for long time.

Because I had 24 hours of all the ****, I come up with a proposal: I could upload some bug reports, if is needed.
And I found some older ROM editions, before the wifi problem. But I'm not sure how many people would be interested at the moment.
