I would surely like to see this ROM being developed once again. I found this ROM suprisingly stable even though it wasn't tested. Also, this was the first ROM to implement a working fingerprint scanner for the 6T. So please continue development of this ROM

For me this Custom ROM was the best ROM ever on OnePlus 6T. Developer did an amazing work. Android 10 Pixel Experience running into my OP6T with the same quality that Android 9 PE by saksham_033 is a dream. : )

He means that Saksham previously did PE builds for fajita but he never actually tested his builds on his own device. I remember a conversation on telegram where it was clear as a diamond that he didn't know how to flash a custom ROM on his phone.
As for 'baggar', I think he means Saksham took donations by stating the reason 'need it for PC to build', while he spent the donated money on PUBG season pass. EDIT: I remember him begging for servers too, some people offered it but he was so picky, guy wanted a supercomputer to build on.
Saksham calls himself a dev but he doesn't know what he's doing, he just copies work of other maintainers and devs, and removes the credits.
You guys need to open up your eyes and stop blind following Saksham just for the sake of PE.

Agree avoid this scammer. Last time the telegram thread turned into a total mess, builds would be teased but never happen, the guy was compiling on his phone allegedly at one point. Doesn't test his own builds, kicked off official programme, asks for beta testers then begs for money.

Also... As people have stated, not a developer just someone that's somehow managed to clone a repo and get it to build. Be warned, you'll flash it, have issues and they won't get fixed.
You want PE there's plenty of other ROMs offering that. Treskmod is popular, not on Android 10 build yet...but 10 is kinda overrated anyway lol

Avoid this scammers fake promises and don't waste your time. This is not a official rom and neither it will become one, because he copies others work and just places his name on it and begges from people for money.

Just make the f***ing ROM and let the haters hate. Stop asking for s*** and test your work. Every one F***s up. Doesn't mean its the end of the world. Get your head straight and make ROMS.

All devs have issues, look at Havoc 2.8. it had a 2 hour battery life and I had to take it out of my pocket cause it would get so hot it would burn my leg!

True. But the thing is, it's not just that. Saksham asked for Donations Non Stop. That's OK I guess but what got Fajita Removed in the first place was that Saksham Argued with the Lead Developers of PE and it was their decision to Drop Fajita. The excessive asking for Donations and Blind Building alone didn't cause it. Also, another reason is that this guy doesn't have his own sources. He just used the Sources from AOSiP without Credit.

TreskMod has not been updated in over a month and I am getting desperate. Not to mention the last build of TreskMod went tits up and causes random reboots..

FWIW I'm on the latest TreskMod without issues. Also, in Telegram, it was made clear that development of Pie has stopped. He said he will be releasing a Q build shortly after OmniROM Q is stable. Whether or not this will require waiting for a newer official Q release/preview (for any necessary blobs) has not been made clear (to me, at least).

The guy was gonna Maintain for Fajita. He got 2 Builds out and then applied for Official but PE rejected it. After the whole Fiasco with Saksham PE said they won't be officially supporting Fajita for some time. They recently announced that they will now Support Fajita but no one's building

Thanks for the reply. Sounds like we won't be getting any PE back anytime soon. Treskmod wouldn't work correctly for me so I ended up on Bootleggers

Whoaaaaa... I didn't hear that part of the story. At least I dont recall reading it prior to you pointing it out right now. I thought it was all about asking for donations and buying video game "something" with the cash. But I also don't review this thread often. I tried it once and moved on.

Well, not attributing source properly is really inexcusable. That single thing alone would stop me from flashing this ROM.

I'm not going to openly attack someones character in a forum like this but when added all together that behavior is reprehensible.

Thank you for clarifying that for me. I have gone back and edited my priot post to redirect here for my thoughts on an updated ROM build. I would not want someone to read my initial thoughts and believed that I condoned this ROM in anyway.
