Finally, FlokoROM v2 is released! read OP and download it (and you can flash it over older releases, no need to wipe /data).

Read the first post, still clueless as to what the new version brings. Can you please elaborate?

As far as I know, here is a list of new features on FlokoROM v2 (tell me if exist in old release, I'll remove from list):

• (Cellular model) Select mobile signal icon between oreo and pie style (but I don't know does cellular work)
• Quick pulldown on statusbar
• Brightness slider at bottom of QS
• Weather on Lockscreen
• Recent style: Quickstep(Pie default) or AOSP(~Oreo style)
• PieControl for navigation
• Carbon gestures
• Allow customized rounded corners (you can set radius and padding values)
• Improved Theming (style)
• Customizable QS header style
• Force Expanded notifications
• Wakelock blocker
• OTA app

The one thing I have found a problem with is charging. I have tried a few chargers and they are very slow or don't register at all, after been fast on the stock rom. I never checked the charging speed before so can't give a before and after comparison but it seems at least twice as slow. On one of my chargers it seemed to be draining the battery instead of charging it. On the charger that was reasonable speed it was charging at 950mA but that was on a charger that should do 2.4A

There is a problem that performance is very slow when user profile changed. Only primary user is working properly.
I am using Mi pad 4 plus, and I have no other issues.

confirmed. there is no option like "disable google search bar on home screen", but you can use other more-customizable launcher apps eg Nova, Lawnchair, and so on.

Hi,
I've found a bug with latest flako rom.
If you activate expand desktop (qs tile) the system will be unusable.
If you lock the screen and you want to unlock the screen the tablet doesnt woke up or it needs up to 30 seconds and the touch input is very slow.
Maybe the CPU is at 100% or something like that.

Can you please confirm:
1. If the orientation issue has been fixed (boot, lock in landscape, reboot and expect the device to be locked in landscape)?
2. Can I flash this over the initial Floko release without wiping data?

1. rotation locked in landscape mode after lockscreen is maybe common Pie issue (reproduced in other devices eg pixel3).

2. over february p9.0 release? maybe you can (require gapps if you have used before).
or ... flash it over march v2.0 release? of course you can!

note: our build enable forceencrypt=true, but your data will not be encrypted automatically. TWRP won't need decrypt action.
