I use havoc without gapps and without MicroG , alla my apps are this :)
I use my RN5 same as a PC without push , my IM app is Threema and it work in background with polling of 15 minutes.
Cloud/push = Spy ;)

No offense, but how can you judge Kernel battery life if what you are using is basically not a smartphone anymore? :)

OT: You are using MicroG right? Do you have any issues with notifications for IM apps? I have used it a long time ago and had issues with Viber so I dropped it, but would like to use it again.

It is sometimes somewhat harder to get cloud messaging recognized in microG. Delete Viber, Skype, whatever, and install it again. Eventually it asks then for registration after the second or third time. The latest microG (downloadable from F-Droid) works much better than previously. I have several IM's running, among them Viber, too. (Viber is cool though I think Telegram is best from all)

Havoc work cool with microG.

Is any antiroll back issue?
No, antiroll back creates problem only when u r moving from miui to custom rom. or vice versa, custom rom to custom rom no issue. If u thinking u will to flash whole miui rom then no.. Firmware n roms r different,
check here for whyred(chinese/global) n dwld any stable build of android oreo.. its usually 50mb or so

did anyone used arrow os?! i want to change my rom from arrow os to havoc os, and i need a comparison from who used both of them

Direct ROM comparisons are not encouraged here since they can only be subjective.

In general Havoc has all features you could think of, while Arrow is smaller, somewhat better battery, lower memory footprint (which then depends on what you install).

You should try Bootleggers as well, but the official one since it uses still Oreo FW.

I am currently on a ROM stock, so I just have to flash the latest Oreo Firmware, then flash the rom and Gapps after having Wipe System, Data, Dalvik, Cache? That's all? No need to flash OrangeFox Recovery?
