Hi! I'm sorry, I still didn't get you. After the steps you've listed, I'll have to flash the 2.6 zip from the newly installed recovery, right?

And this process will set the device up as new, right?

Yes wipe cache dalvik system vendor data, install firmware, twrp then rom it will boot

1. flash twrp with support Pie 9
2. flash firmware Pie 9 global
3. reboot in twrp
4. flash havoc 2.6
5. wipe Delvik/Cache
6. reboot

Me too, same problem with "twrp-3.3.1-1-whyred.img". So I applied the procedure "if dirty flash" of the comment #3325 with "twrp-3.3.0-0-whyred.img" and... it works like a charm
The kernel is the "perf +" that I found more stable, and the GoogleCam doesn't seem to bug. I am waiting to have more perspective to make a real feedback, but this 2.6 seems to me to be a very good version

Downloaded OTA file, but didn't find that file in my storage via TWRP

New update is out dated 12/06/2019. June security patch has been merged. Also I've updated blobs to pie, so you are required to clean flash this build. Also you'll need pie firmware and TWRP. Checkout new build from the link in OP.

So meaning, I need to flash that 58MB pie blobs zip on twrpcthen clean install after? *Sorry for being noob. No need to flash the official pie firmware?

I did wiped data, system,cache, davik and flash firmware, havoc and now twrp clean all of my storage, so sad.
