Syberia Project (aka Syberia OS) is a custom ROM for Oneplus 6 (enchilada) that implements various features. This project was designed by our "Syberia Team" from scratch based on AOSP source code with some CAF fixes and improvements. Our team: @blinoff82, @DennySPB, @alexxxdev. Also many thanks to our designer @rlshukhov for logos, wallpapers and bootanimation.​

First installation.​

- Flash latest OOS full OTA zip, flash TWRP install zip, reboot recovery (will boot to other slot).
- Flash latest OOS full OTA zip, flash TWRP install zip, reboot recovery (will boot to other slot, now you're on current OOS firmware & patched ramdisk recovery on both slots).
- Flash SyberiaOS & TWRP install zip, reboot recovery.
- Flash OpenGApps, wipe cache/dalvik.
- Do the "factory reset" option under wipe. But do NOT do "format data". Don't install Magisk!
- Reboot into system. Now when you do setup, you can add PIN/fingerprints/face unlock/etc.
- Reboot recovery
- Flash Magisk.
- Reboot into system.

Updating.​

- Reboot into TWRP recovery (official or blue_spark)
- Flash ROM 
- Flash TWRP recovery (official or blue_spark)
- Reboot recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Flash Magisk
- Reboot into system

Friends, I will say it once. Please remember this and tell everyone. Gestures never will not work the same as on stock OOS. We do not have the frameworks/base source code from OnePlus and therefore we use another implementation of the code.
