Very nice rom for a beta status.
The only problem I find is that the stock camera doesn't have a functional flash (the option is not active) .

stock camera never worked good for me, try google camera from thread.

No, it's for phones with volte working.

Do you mean that the ViperOS source if compiled for other phones (eg Pixel, Oneplus etc.) that has VoLTE working?

Yes, though our op2 is considered volte phone, so the feature it's there but broken.
I don't know if the volte option shows up on a phone without volte(for example OnePlus One) but I'm almost sure it does, just like some roms fingerprint settings present on phones without fingerprint sensor.
